Synopsis of Alleged Improper Delivery of a Baby Physician allegedly deviated from hospital's guidelines for nurses by asking that nurse assist him in the delivery of a baby with "fundal pressure" and M.D. applying a vacuum on fetal head more than three times. In fact there was no violation of any physicians' standard of care.
