    See letter from President of the labor union (SEIU) dated 11/16/2000,accusing Dr. Mileikowsky of "inappropriate behavior," ... "Nurses have stated that they feel harassed and physically threatened by him." (exhibit 132 of hearing II, Dr. Mileikowsky)

    Dr. Mileikowsky's clinical priviledges were summarily suspended for alledged "imminent danger" on 11/16/2000, the same date as this letter.
